To guarantee complete satisfaction with our equipment, we provide comprehensive service and transparent warranty terms.
Our experienced and qualified service team will repair, test or calibrate your instrument in a timely and reliable manner. Once the ONLINE FORM is completed, you will receive an email detailing the next steps of the service. In the case of a paid service, we will send you a detailed quotation and only proceed with the repair once we have received your approval. Each module is tested for safety and technical performance after repair.
Claim procedure
- Complete the ONLINE claim form
- You will receive an email confirmation of your submission.
- Include the printed form to your shipment.
- Ship the unit
- Pack the product in its original packaging or in alternative packaging that will protect it from damage during the transport.

Warranty conditions
- Warranty period: The telemetry devices are warranted for 36 months from the date of purchase. The CoolSens system units are warranted for 24 months from the date of purchase.
- Warranty Scope: The warranty covers manufacturing defects caused by the manufacturer’s fault and occurring during normal use of the device.
- Warranty exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- improper installation or use contrary to the instructions for use.
- mechanical, chemical or thermal damage caused by external factors.
- modifications or repairs carried out by unauthorised service personnel.
- If, in the course of performing its obligations under the Guarantee, the Guarantor finds that the notified Goods have a defect which is not covered by the Guarantee and it becomes necessary to repair them, the Guarantor will notify the Buyer of this fact and make him an offer to carry out the repair. Performance under this paragraph shall not constitute an exercise of the warranty rights.
- In the event that the repair offer is declined or not accepted within 30 days, the Purchaser will be charged a diagnostic fee and the cost of the logistics service, which is 40 EUR net. The unrepaired goods will then be returned or, if the Purchaser so wishes, they may arrange for them to be disposed of by the Guarantor.
- The Guarantor shall issue a VAT invoice to the Purchaser for the services provided under points 1 and 2..
The repair will be carried out as follows:
- Repair time: we endeavour to complete repairs within 14 working days of receipt of the unit.
- Status information: we will keep you informed of the service progress by email.
Post-warranty service
Once the warranty period has expired, we are pleased to offer our clients a professional post-warranty service:
- Diagnosis and repair: we conduct a thorough examination, diagnosis and repair of the equipment.
- In the event of rejection, non-acceptance of the repair offer within 30 days, or if repair of the device is not possible, the Purchaser will be charged a diagnostic fee and logistic service costs of 40 EUR net. The unrepaired goods will then be returned at the Purchaser’s expense, or the Purchaser may have them disposed of by the Guarantor.
